Website use

Trader information and applications

You must provide accurate information when creating a profile or applying for an event. We may reject, pause, or remove applications where information is incomplete, inaccurate, unsafe, or inconsistent with event requirements.

Event-specific terms

Event application terms, trader booking terms, venue rules, and payment terms may apply separately to a specific fair. If event-specific terms conflict with these website terms for that event, the event-specific terms apply to that event.

Payments and third-party services

Payments, invoices, emails, authentication, hosting, and storage may be handled by third-party providers. Their own terms may apply when you use those services.

Content and documents

You are responsible for content, images, business information, and documents you upload or submit. You confirm you have the right to provide that material and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Changes to the service

We may update the website, change features, pause access, or amend these terms when needed for operational, legal, safety, or security reasons.

Liability

The website is provided to support event operations. We are not responsible for losses caused by unavailable third-party services, inaccurate information provided by users, or use of the website outside its intended purpose.
